1. Deposit & Payment
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any course. The deposit confirms your place and will be applied toward the total course fee.
2. Cancellations & No-shows
• Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, the deposit will not be returned.
3. Rescheduling
• One (1) reschedule is permitted without refund if requested at least 10 business days prior to the course start and is subject to available openings. Reschedules requested fewer than 10 business days prior may be denied and the deposit forfeited.
4. Transfers
• Transfers to another person are allowed only with written approval from the school and at least 7 business days’ notice.
5. Refunds
• Aside from the limited reschedule described above, refunds are not available. If the school cancels a course, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to the next available date.
6. Force Majeure
• The school is not liable for failure to provide courses due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders). In such cases we will offer rescheduling or refund.
7. Chargebacks
• In case of a dispute, please contact us first. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future registration.
8. Agreement
• By paying the deposit you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
