A single day to learn the fundamentals and see if Russian Manicure is the right fit. If you enroll in the Foundation Course afterward, your $250 workshop fee counts toward tuition.
Russian Manicure Foundation Course 2–3 days covering everything: structured gel, gel polish, nail repair, minimal extensions, and the basics of nail art. This is where most working technicians start for real.
Once you have the Foundation, add the specific services your clients are asking for: - Dry Pedicure — Russian dry pedicure technique with a pododisc system - Soft Gel Tips — nail extensions using pre-shaped gel tips - Dip Powder — a UV/LED-free alternative, popular with sensitive clients

Depends on the program. The One-Day Russian Manicure Workshop and the Soft Gel Tips extension course each run one day. The full Russian Manicure Foundation Course is two to three days. The Advanced Nail Technician Program combines the Foundation Course, Dry Pedicure, and Soft Gel Tips into one path — five days total. On-location training for salons usually takes two to four days — we build the schedule around your team’s size and goals.
Cost depends on the program. One-day courses (Russian Manicure Workshop, Soft Gel Tips, Dip Powder) start at $250–$600. The Russian Manicure Foundation Course and Manicure Course are $1,250 each. The Advanced Nail Technician Program bundles Foundation, Dry Pedicure, and Soft Gel Tips for $2,600 total — see the table above for cost by program.

You’ll go from nail anatomy and hygiene through e-file work, prep, strengthening, polish, and client handling — zero to job-ready. Not ready to commit to three days yet? No — but the format differs by course. The 1-Day Workshop is self-practice: you work on your own hands, so there’s no live model to arrange. Every other course provides your live model. Either way, all materials are included — nothing to source, nothing to bring, just show up.
Yes — a Certificate of Completion from Why Not Nails Academy once you finish the program. It confirms the skills you learned. Note: it’s a training certificate, not a state Nail Specialty License.

Yes. We travel to salons anywhere in the US and build a program around your team. That can include Russian manicure, pedicure, extensions, Soft Gel Tips, sanitation, speed, and consistency across your staff. Cost and curriculum are set after a quick consultation, based on team size and scope.
